the bergerac is well located, just a short walk to the vibrant restaurants and bars of escalante. the staff is incredibly attentive and respectful, making my stay pleasant. breakfast was simple but generous with tasty options, really setting a nice tone for the day.

Spacious rooms with a great location
I enjoyed my stay, particularly because the rooms were spacious and functional, with reliable Wi-Fi and hot water. The hotel is located within walking distance to key spots in San Jose, making it easy to explore. Breakfast included fresh fruit, but I wish it had started earlier than 8 AM, as I had to leave before that. It would also help if they offered some coffee or simple items for those leaving early.

Recommend it for solo travelers
I enjoyed the small patio outside my room , it was a good place to unwind after a long day. Also , the bfast was good , lots of fresh fruit and it kinda set the day right.
It wasn't exactly cheap , but still acceptable for what you get.
